About Mark Charter

Mark Charter has been selling real estate since 2005. Mark started his career with Century 21, where he learned the ropes of how to help people buy and sell. In July of 2009, Mark made the change to REMAX Real Estate Concepts and has not looked back since.

Mark was recently named a member of the REMAX 100% Club for 2010, which is reserved for REMAX agents producing a high volume of transactions.

Mark is passionate about real estate and helping his clients, while also forming personal relationships with them when possible. The term "Realtor for life" has become a cliche in this business, but Mark practices the principles it takes to make that slogan a reality.

Mark helps both buyers and sellers, enjoying both equally, as both offer different challenges and rewards.

Mark prides himself on being a 24/7 agent in the truest sense of the term. Mark is never really "off the clock" when it comes to his clients and serving them.

Aside from real estate, Mark is passionate about sports and spending time with friends. Mark is a member of the Rotary Group of Greater Des Moines, is passionate about eye, tissue and organ donation and also volunteers annually to ring the bell for the Salvation Army.

Mark resides in Ankeny with his wife Katie, and in 2011 they will welcome their first child.
